#183: Hubris

I had a teacher in high school that used to say hubris a lot... she also had a fancy hand motion that went with it. I'd tell you her name, but it's both incriminating as well as a... well... unfortunate name.

Anyway, on Friday, we learn a little bit about the planet Earth.

Hope you liked the strip!

I really like viewing the strip from the EXTREME ANGLE.
And now we truly know what Tiger thinks of himself. Although I kind of suspected that all along.

Tiger is freaking HOT! I'd totally jump him. He could very well be replacing Belle as my cartoon crush, and Belle has been at the top of my list since I was seven.

But Bear and Yeti should have known better than to involve him from the very beginning. I'm thinking distract him with some colouring books and chap stick.

I'd prefer my cartoon fantasy women to have more than looks, so I was always more partial to Princess Jasmine myself. She's got the brains, the beauty, a guaranteed high-paying job, AND the ability to execute her enemies!

Though I guess we now know who enjoyed the "Tiger in his Underwear" incident from a few months back.

Why either of them is tagging along with Pvt. Yeti is still a mystery to me, but I suppose someone had to transport the stew. How do the other yeti get their stuff to the meeting?

And while I'm asking, how often are these meetings? I just want to get a good count of how many hornless rams and headless monks I should be expecting to see if I visit.

Hee, hee, please, by all means, I'm certain that all the yetis would love to see your delicious body, Captain Tiger. Demurely arranged on a plate, with a glorious, delicious red apple placed lovingly in your mouth...

Does anybody know what wine goes with roast tiger?

(Sorry got back from the annual game dinner... Venison, moose, trout, bear, rabbit, etc. So much yummy meat! :D)
